Your privacy is important to us and this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we look after your personal information (also referred to as “personal data”) when you visit the Etisha website (www.etishadigital.com), the “Etishadirect” mobile application or when you purchase goods from one of our sales persons, or use any of our services (together referred to as the “fulfilment services”. protects you when using Etisha site or Etishadirect app.

Upon registration on the Etisha Direct app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting others to have access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Place of processing and transfers of Data
We will also share User’s Personal Data to Data Processors located outside of Kenya in order for us to be able to provide the Etisha Services to you for example, service providers such as Amazon Web

Services.
For ant data transferred outside of Kenya, a similar 3rd party agreement is set up to ensure data security and safeguard- for protection of sensitive personal or commercial data.

In some cases, the Data may be accessible to 3rd parties, which are involved with the operation of the Etisha Services (including administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) and certain third parties who perform functions for Etisha. These third parties may include, but are not
limited, payment gateways necessary to fulfil an order, back-up servers, third-party technical service providers, couriers used to deliver your order, hosting providers, IT companies, and communications agencies.

Methods of processing Data
Etisha Digital Ltd, takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data. The data stored on the server is always encrypted. All the data processed is done using IT enabled tools within the secure environment behind a firewall. And any other data used for forecasting, or reporting, is used by only authorised persons and only provided to authorized persons with solely for purpose of augmenting the services provided to the User by Etisha Digital Ltd. Any suspected Personal Data breach and will be examined, analysed for the extent of data breach
and relevant parties will be notified of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Changes to this Policy

Etisha reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time by giving notice to its Users – as far as technically and legally feasible by posting a notification on the Etisha App or Etisha website. We may also send a notice to Users via any contact information that have been made available to Etisha. Should the changes affect processing activities performed on the basis of the User’s consent, we shall collect new consent from the User, where require.
